McKinney Avenue Trolley
Founded in 1983 with the intent of returning heritage streetcars to the streets of Dallas, the McKinney Avenue Transit Authority successfully accomplished that goal in July of 1989. The M-Line’s air-conditioned and heated restored vintage trolleys operate normally 365 days a year, providing safe, clean, reliable, and convenient public transportation between Downtown and Uptown free of charge.
Electric Scooters
Available 5:00 am through 9:00 pm
Dockless electric scooters and vehicles have returned to Downtown Dallas! The return of scooters comes with updated regulations made possible by new advancements in location-based technologies aimed at ensuring riders’ safety while decreasing dangerous usage, equitable distribution of scooter supply, and keeping sidewalks and public spaces clear.
Remember, it is illegal to ride bikes or scooters on sidewalks in Downtown Dallas.

Dallas Streetcar
The free service begins at 5:30 a.m. and the cars run until midnight, making connections with the final DART Rail trains at Union Station. Trains operate every 20 minutes.
