Over the past decade-plus, the city, Downtown Dallas, Inc., and Parks for Downtown Dallas have been working to create and activate green space in the urban core. In fact, Downtown has added over 20 acres of greenspace in the last 20 years. DDI permits and maintains many of the open spaces Downtown, including Main Street Garden, Civic Garden, Pegasus Plaza, Pacific Plaza, Carpenter Park, West End Square, and more.
